🧮 Ten frames help you count quickly by seeing groups of ten. Instead of counting every dot one by one, count tens and then ones!

Concept
A ten frame has 10 spots (2 rows of 5). When it is full, that means 10.
🎯 How to Count with Ten Frames: 1. Count full ten frames first (10, 20, 30...) 2. Then count extra dots in the last frame 3. Add them together
Example: • 3 full ten frames + 4 more dots • 30 + 4 = 34
💡 Why this is helpful: You learn place value while counting! Full frames are tens, extra dots are ones.
