Concept

Start with dots in a ten frame, then remove some dots.

Example: 10 - 6 โ€ข Put 10 dots in the frame โ€ข Cross out 6 dots โ€ข 4 dots remain So, 10 - 6 = 4

You can also use two frames for numbers bigger than 10.
