Identify a Half, a Third, and a Fourth
π The Final Exam! Can you identify the fraction just by looking at the colored piece of the puzzle?

Everything comes together. Equal pieces. Math words. Colored blocks.
π― The Colored Fraction Formula: 1. Count the TOTAL pieces. (This is the denominator/bottom word). Let's say there are 4 pieces total. So it's "Fourths". 2. Count the COLORED pieces. (This is the numerator/top number). Let's say exactly 1 piece is shaded red. 3. The Answer: The red part is 1/4 (One-Fourth) of the total shape!
If 3 parts were colored red? It would be 3/4 (Three-Fourths!).
