Lesson 90 of 186

Concept

The United States primarily uses Inches, Feet, and Yards. But the rest of the world uses Centimeters, Meters, and Kilometers!

🎯 The Metric Size Guide: 1. Centimeter (cm): The tiny one. About the width of your pinky finger. Use it for pencils, bugs, books. 2. Meter (m): The big one! A meter is exactly 100 centimeters glued together. It is about the size of a giant guitar, or a baseball bat. Use it for cars, rooms, and swimming pools.

Centimeter (cm) < Meter (m)

So, if someone says "My dog is 2 centimeters tall" they have a microscopic invisible bug-dog. If they say "My dog is 2 meters tall," they have a giant clifford monster dog! (That's taller than a human!).
