The ultimate test of a math ninja is constantly switching weapons between a Plus Sign sword and a Minus Sign shield. šŸŽÆ **The Stop & Focus Challenge:** If you see an entire worksheet of mixed-up math, your brain will try to cheat and do the same trick over and over. **The Strategy:** 1. Take a colored pencil or marker. 2. Quickly scan down the worksheet and circle EVERY SINGLE MINUS SIGN you see! 3. Now, when your brain gets to that problem, the giant colored circle screams: "HEY! THIS ONE IS SUBTRACTION! DON'T ADD THIS!" It is the easiest way to prevent silly mistakes on big tests.
