Sign rules: - Same signs -> positive - Different signs -> negative Examples: - (-6)(-4)=24 - (-7)(3)=-21 - 56 ÷ (-8)=-7 - (-45) ÷ (-9)=5 Work absolute values first, then apply sign rule.
