Fast comparison ideas: - Same denominator: bigger numerator is bigger fraction. - Same numerator: smaller denominator is bigger fraction. - Use benchmarks like 1/2 and 1.
Example: 3/8 vs 5/8 → 5/8 is greater (same denominator)
Example: 3/4 vs 3/5 → 3/4 is greater (same numerator, fourths are bigger pieces than fifths)
