Elapsed time means how long something takes from start to finish.

Concept

Strategy: 1. Jump to the next hour. 2. Count full hours. 3. Add remaining minutes. Example: Start 2:35 PM, end 5:10 PM - 2:35 to 3:00 = 25 min - 3:00 to 5:00 = 2 hr - 5:00 to 5:10 = 10 min Total = 2 hr 35 min
