Lesson 93 of 180

Concept

A calendar is like a giant map of time. It helps us track days, weeks, and months.

๐ŸŽฏ The Parts of a Calendar: 1. The Month: Look at the big word at the top (like "January" or "October"). There are 12 months in a whole year! 2. The Days of the Week: Look at the top row (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat). 3. The Dates: The numbers in the boxes are the "dates". They tell you exactly which day of the month it is.

๐ŸŽฏ How to Read It: If you want to find out what day of the week October 15th is: * Find the box with the number "15". * Run your finger straight UP the column from the number 15. * Read the day of the week at the very top of that column! (Maybe it says "Tue" for Tuesday).
